REMOTE RADIO CONTROL INTERFACE UNIT

The NBP Remote Radio Control Interface Unit (RRCIU) is a commercial off-the-shelf unit for controlling approach and runway lights at airports. It is designed to interface between Ground-to-Ground Receiver Decoder Controller (G/G), and Air-to-Ground (A/G) and the lighting system to be controlled. The Interface Unit receives the control signals from the G/G and A/G controllers and permits the system, with the proper authority, to control the lighting system.
