RUNWAY END IDENTIFIER LIGHTING SYSTEM
(REIL)

The NBP Runway End Identifier Lighting System (REIL) is a visual landing system that provides the pilot with an indication of the approach end of the runway. The REIL system has Ground-to-Ground and Air-to-Ground control features. This system can also be retrofitted with a Remote Maintenance Monitoring System.
