2400 VOLT 50 KW CONSTANT CURRENT REGULATOR (CCR)

The NBP air-cooled 2400 Volt 50KW Ferro-resonant Constant Current Regulator (CCR), is designed to supply five-precision output current levels (20 amps maximum) to power series-connected lighting loops on airport approach lighting systems, runways and taxiways.

The 2400V input 50KW CCR (FAA Type FA-10721) is a suitable replacement for the oil-filled 50KW CCR used in the FA-10048 Airflo ALSF-2/SSALR system. The FA Type FA-10723 is a suitable replacement for the oil-filled 50KW CCR used in the FA-9993 Godfrey ALSF-2/SSALR system.
